Stacye Montez grew up at a time when race and gender equality caused as much fervor then as it does now. Minds were eager, engaged and willing to embrace a new way to think and live across America. Nothing has changed as Montez continues to create opportunities to define self, community and the world.
A graduate of San Francisco State University, Montez has worked in television as an emmy award winning producer; a publicist in the high tech industry, and as an advocate for affordable and elderly housing in the San Francisco Bay Area. She also was an executive director for a global non-profit volunteer organization headquartered in Washington D.C.
Pivoting from the pandemic, Montez lends her time as a consultant to young business women on navigating the executive track, an advocate for global issues impacting women and children, and is completing her much anticipated collection of micro poems and short stories.
